The article is about travelling to New Zealand "Following the Footsteps of the Hobbit". They say they're now filming part 2 of The Hobbit.
Part 1: They talk about the wave of tourists coming to New Zealand after the success of the LOTR-trilogy and that the first part of The Hobbit has generated even more tourists.
Part 2: Hobbiton Village is filmed at a family farm in the Haere Mai region which is on the Northern Island. Of course there are hobbit tours on offer.
Part 3: Then the studio: They say that all green screen bits have been filmed at Jackson's own Stone Street Studios and that the whole party then left for location filming. In October a crew of 500 plus equipment and food were transported in 140 trucks. Of course there are tours on offer at the studios.
Part 4: Last item: They've thrown barrels into the water near Lake Taupo for a secret scene. Nearby is the water power station of Aratiatia which of course won't feature in the movie.
